Initiate your cancellation and full refund request directly with customer support.
Membership does not renew automatically. We will contact you before your Membership Year ends with the renewal terms then in effect.
Choosing not to renew is not a cancellation and does not require a refund request — your membership simply ends at the close of your current Membership Year with zero surprise recurring card debits.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan mid-year is not currently supported. Plan changes take effect only at renewal.
